In this research were used 36 REMAP marker to evaluate genetic diversity among radish population. 6 alleles were amplified by UBC825-Ltr2, UBC815-Ltr1 and UBC815-Ltr20 primers and 17 alleles were amplified by UBC848-Ltr3 primer, minimum and maximum allele numbers respectively with average of 10.04 alleles. The highest diversity index (0.41) among remap primers was belong to UBC848-Ltr2 primer and the lowest (0.24) belong to UBC848-Ltr2 Primer, The highest Marker Index (34.69) among remap primers was belong to UBC848-Ltr2 and the lowest (20.36) belong to UBC857-Ltr1, the most Ne allele, Shanon diversity and Nei diversity (1.73, 0.42 and 0.61 respectively) among remap primers was belong to UBC825-Lt2 primer and the lowest Ne allele, Shanon diversity and Nei diversity (1.26, 0.18 and 0.31 respectively) was belong to UBC815-Ltr15 primer and also the most diversity loci, Ne allele, Nei diversity and Shanon diversity (89%, 42.18, 1.3, 0.17 and 0.248 respectively) among radish population was belong to French breakfast population. Partitioning variations within and between populations, using an analysis of molecular variance (AMOVA), showed that 66% of the total genetic variation existed within growing regions.
